Richford Project......
This job was started by a so-called contractor in Enosburg VT. He had started 10% of it and never returned to complete it. The home owner had to take money out of his own pocket once again to pay top have it done by someone that could handle it. ACG Carpentry!!!!!
Richford Project. This job was passed on to ACG Carpentry because the guy that started it never came back to finish it
There were 3 sides of this house that had standing seam and ceder shakes. The other side only had corrigated steel and no shakes so it made it alot easier. This house needs alot of work, and will get it done. You will not recognize this palce at all when it is done!
Now onto the back, this is the side that didnt have ceder shakes
Notice where the chimney was? The trim is all rotted and the corner of the house sags because there was no support to hold it up. Yes the thing hanging from the left side corner is our brace to hold it level while i fix the trim and soffit before i do the roof work. As you can see we have already stripped the steel off and started sheathing the roof
The trim has been fixed, the sheating is done, the roof has been squared the best it could and now time to cover the roof and put on some steel
